Founded in 2010, Zhejiang Tianzhou Wheel Co., Ltd. is a professional China Modified Car Rims Manufacturers and Custom Modified Car Rims Factory, and has obtained many national patents. Our products are mainly used in off-highway vehicles such as garden machinery, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, electric vehicles, sports and leisure vehicles（ATV）, motor (electric) vehicles, etc.
With an annual production capacity of over two million sets of 3-20 inch steel wheels of various specifications, the company is one of the most complete manufacturers of steel rims in China. At the same time, the company covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a plant area of 28,000 square meters, and has enough room for future capacity expansion.
The company has advanced production equipment, and the main workshop has realized robot automatic production. In addition, we have pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis and spraying lines, which provide reliable guarantee for product quality. At the same time, we are able to develop and produce molds independently, and can design corresponding rims and width disc according to customers' requirements, thus realizing rapid development of new products.
The company's production management strictly implements the international TRA rim standard and ISO9001-2015 quality system, and has obtained DOT certification for export to the United States. After nearly more than ten years of development and operation, our company has been recognized by the majority of customers and has established long-term partnerships, such as Jingu Group, Zhejiang Kangdi Vehicle Co., Ltd.
The company is located in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with superior location and convenient transportation. It takes 1 hour to Hangzhou and 2 hours to Shanghai by high-speed railway.
