With pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis and spraying lines, it provides reliable guarantee for the quality of products. With the ability of independent mold development, we can design a series of product services such as corresponding rims and width plates according to customer requirements. 

At present, the main production equipment in the workshop are: shearing machine, punching machine, rounding machine, flattening machine, butt flash welding, slag scraping machine, straight seam welding machine, rolling machine, three-in-one rolling machine, rounding machine, hydraulic press of various tonnages (100-500T). The main testing equipments are: runout testing equipment, welding seam testing equipment, sealing testing equipment, balance testing equipment and salt spray testing machine.
